𝐌𝐨𝐤𝐨𝐤𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐠, 𝐅𝐞𝐛 𝟏𝟗 (𝐖𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐒): Minister for Rural Development & SIRD, Metsubo Jamir, on Wednesday inaugurated the newly constructed meeting hall of Arok Salang at Kichutip Ward, Mokokchung. The hall was built under the LADP Iconic Project 2023–24 for the 27 Mokokchung Town Assembly Constituency.
Addressing the gathering, Jamir congratulated the people of his constituency for the successful completion of the project. He expressed appreciation for the collective effort and cooperation that made the construction possible.
The Minister highlighted that the newly inaugurated Arok Salang meeting hall is the third iconic project completed under the constituency, which shows steady developmental progress in the area. He said that such infrastructure not only strengthens community engagement but also provides a dedicated space for social, cultural, and administrative activities.
Jamir further remarked that the hall stands as a symbol of unity, strength, and shared vision among the residents of Kichutip Ward. He encouraged the community to make optimal use of the facility and continue working together for the overall development of Mokokchung town.
