𝐊𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐚, 𝐅𝐞𝐛 𝟏𝟒 (𝐖𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐒): The five-day Capacity Building Training Programme for Swavalamban Connect Kendras (SCK), organised by the Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN), concluded yesterday.
Swavalamban Connect Kendras is a flagship initiative of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) in partnership with the Government of Nagaland, aimed at fostering entrepreneurship across the state. The initiative provides free and comprehensive support services to aspiring as well as existing entrepreneurs, enabling them to establish, sustain and scale their enterprises.
The training programme focused on enhancing the capacity of SCK personnel to effectively guide entrepreneurs through various stages of business development. Sessions covered areas such as business planning, access to credit, market linkages, government schemes, and digital facilitation. Participants were also equipped with tools to mentor youth and local entrepreneurs in navigating regulatory processes and financial assistance programmes.
